The customer acknowledges and understands that the airsoft gun may not be fixable, and the labor cost is nonrefundable.

Customer Responsibilities:

The customer agrees to collect the repaired airsoft gun within 5 business days from the date of notification.

In the event that the customer fails to collect the repaired product within the specified timeframe, the seller reserves the right to scrap or resell the airsoft gun to remove costs and shall not be held responsible.

The customer assumes 100% ownership, responsibilities, and liabilities for the repaired product. The seller, owners, affiliates, employees, and tech department shall not be held responsible for any actions, liabilities, damages, penalties, claims, or other obligations related to the repaired product.

By signing below, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions stated in this Repair Intake Form.
